PUT BAD IN THE PAST & BE ALRIGHT !

“Life is a journey.”

A beautiful journey which gives us broad experiences- from joy to sorrow, spook to delightful, scientific to magical.

Life looks like this..

This shows life is all about ups and downs.

Travelling on life’s path is same as riding on a roller coaster – scary but joyful.

And its obvious to face obstacles and hurdles while being on life’s roller coaster.

Troubles makes us stronger and teaches us lessons in life. Though they seems to be painful but can be grappled with patience and optimism.

Sometimes one may face failure but that’s not the end of the journey. Getting knocked down is a stepping stone and a lesson in our lives.

Dwelling on the mistakes that we made in the past will make no changes instead it will give more pain and sorrow. Staying in the past and weeping over the blunders causes woes and destroys one selves mentally, physically and can bring loneliness.

In order to move forward in life, positive attitude towards oneself is a must.

Mountaineers trek on the uneven and wavy paths of the mountain. Hundreds of times they fall down and gets hurt. But each and every time they rise with courage and strength and move towards their destination.

We should carry the similar attitude while moving forward in our lives.

So, instead of crying over the spilt milk, make a plan and toil for the future.

Which is stronger -FEAR or HOPE ??

FEAR and HOPE , the two feeling which are developed by oneselves.

Dictionary defines the former as ” to expect or worry about (something bad or unpleasant)”.

Whereas the latter is ” to expect something with confidence”.

Nicholas James Vujicic ( nick ) is a Australian evangelist and motivational speaker born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterised by the absence of arms and legs.

Let us assume nick vujucic in two different conditions during his early ages.

1) Nick getting afraid of the society, landing up in depression, thus ruining his life.

2) Nick adapting positive attitude and believe towards himself and society , overcoming through his weakness.

In the first case, when FEAR conquer all our senses and make us paralyze. We avert from our activities and starts practicing negative lifestyle. This is a time when depression, anxiety, anger rules a person’s mind. Making one lose all his/ her capabilities.

A strong feeling of fear may lead a person to ruin his life or even pressuring one to give up on his life.

Now in the second case, a person holds hope along with fear. Hope gives oneself a “never giving up” attitude. Simultaneously fear gives the sense of losing. This pair gives all the strength to a folk to face his obstacles.

Sense of failure generates fear which further aid to understand ones limitations , to polish them and to come up in the life.

Nick vujicic definitely adopted the attitude described in case 2. He had both hope and fear which made him what he is . Thus setting himself as an inspirational role model for the world.

Fear and hope go hand in hand.

Therefore, together fear and hope are the strongest remedy for the troubles of our lifes.

To get a sunshine on a cloudy day !!

“A room’s floor filled with lots of confetti scattered all over the floor. A writer on the desk perplexed with his thoughts. Struggling to come up with the best idea. Lost in his mind, digging deeply, conflicting with his thoughts but finally ending up with a masterstroke”.

Similarly, a writer’s condition contract with our daily lives. We should think in all possible ways to tackle our obstacles.

We should dive in the ocean of our thoughts and should come up with the best pearl.

Once Helen Keller said, “ People do not like to think. If one thinks, one must reach conclusions. Conclusions are not always pleasant”.

Analyzing the situation, coming up with the best opinions and then reaching the accurate solution these three steps can help an individual to come out of perplexity.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
